Step 4 – Your Wedding Week
We coordinate arrival logistics, welcome events, final walkthroughs, and full-day management of your celebration.
Step 5 – Your Wedding Day
You simply show up and enjoy. We manage every detail so you can be fully present in the moment.

How far in advance should we start planning our wedding in Vienna?
We recommend starting 9–12 months in advance, especially if you’re aiming for a popular season (like summer or early autumn). However, we’ve successfully planned weddings with much shorter timelines—so if you’re working on a tighter schedule, reach out and let’s see what’s possible.
We don’t speak German. Will that be a problem?
Not at all! We’re fully fluent in English (and other languages too), and we’ll handle all communication with local vendors on your behalf. Everything from planning calls to vendor negotiations will be clear, professional, and stress-free.
Do you only plan weddings in Vienna?
Vienna is our specialty, but we also plan weddings in nearby Austrian regions and occasionally partner with planners in other European cities. In fact, we also plan weddings in London, Budapest, and Italian regions like Lake Como, Tuscany, and the Amalfi Coast. If your heart is set on Vienna but you’d like a pre- or post-wedding event elsewhere—or you're torn between multiple destinations—we’re happy to help coordinate everything seamlessly.

Yes, venue search is one of our specialties. We’ll recommend spaces that match your style, guest count, and budget—from imperial ballrooms to charming courtyards. We also check availability, arrange virtual tours, and share detailed comparisons.
